The thing I liked about ODT is that John wanted to make me a better and stronger athlete. John really wants you to reach your goals and he will push you to reach them. He really cares about his clients. The facility is awesome. Everything you need is right there at ODT. Can't ask for a better place to workout and get better.​

I will be working out there every offseason. ODT is the perfect place to reach your goals and have fun while you're doing it. I was excited everyday to go workout with John because I knew i was going to walk out of ODT a stronger and better athlete.

At ODT you're not just another client that John works with, he takes the time to explain personally what you need to do in order to better yourself in the weight room and on the field. He consistently pushes you to get better in a positive way.

Working out at ODT with John improved my overall view on training. Over the years I noticed a MASSIVE change in my strength and agility. Not only does he help you physically but mentally as well. When going through certain workouts, John would explain the reasoning behind the exercise and how it applies to improving my skills on the baseball field.

John is a top class trainer, and I highly suggest working with him.

I started working out with John my freshman year of High School and I felt it gave me an advantage right away over other freshman going into High School.  John really focused on what I needed at the time and helped me to reach my goal of college baseball. John really cares about his clients and I felt like he was excited to train me every time I arrived for a session.

I looked forward to going to working out and I always left ODT feeling stronger and more athletic. John was always able to work around any soreness or injury so I still got my work in and did not have a wasted workout.

John will be the trainer I go to everytime I am home from college.

I started working with John at ODT when I was in 8th grade. I wanted to work with someone that had experience with baseball players and John has significant experience at the professional level. He recognized my needs and tailored my training program to meet those needs. He also was sensitive to some minor issues I was having with my knees and shoulder and helped me to work through those issues.  ODT has helped me to improve my strength, speed (my 60 time improved to 6.83 from 7.3), agility, flexibility and conditioning as well as body mass. I work with John during my summers and school breaks even though I attend IMG Academy. I get the one on one attention that I need and ODT is willing to work around my baseball commitments.  I plan to spend as much time as I can with ODT before leaving to play at Arizona State University in August of 2014.

When my 9 yr old son John was going into his 2nd year of playing elite travel baseball it seemed he was becoming the stereotypical catcher- husky, not very agile, and definitely SLOW. What started off as a plan just to teach John "how" to run has turned into so much more at ODT. Not only has John gone from slowest on the team to now the top 3rd but he has increased his stamina and endurance dramatically. He is playing with great confidence and self-discipline. Now at 10 yrs old John is eager to get to work and really enjoys bringing what he has learned in the gym to the field. Thanks ODT!
