Speed Training
Each athlete is unique so we evaluate the foundations of their movement and make improvements to form, movement efficiency and explosiveness, all leading to increases in both starting speed and running velocity.


Strength Training
Building strength is great but if it is at the expense of movement then what's the point? We teach correct movements and identify weaknesses that may prevent you from performing explosively. When the proper steps are taken to improve strength, there is a greater carry over to performance factors on the field. If you ignore poor movement and simply build strength then the only thing that is stronger is your ability to move poorly.


Agility Training
Agility is defined as the ability to explosively start, decelerate, change direction, and accelerate again quickly while maintaining body control and minimizing a reduction in speed. Agility is coordination, balance and explosiveness in a nutshell.


'Pre-hab'
While the term 'pre-hab' can mean a variety of things to a variety of people, simply put it is training to prevent injuries. Rather than waiting for something to happen we want to recognize the structural weaknesses and the common injuries for your sport and do whatever possible to keep you in the game.
